On 10th May 2023 we were delighted to present a cheque for the amazing sum of £5476.22, to Jay Spragg from Birmingham Children's Hospital Charity, covering the funds raised at our Christmas Concerts in 2021 and 2022.

Acorns Children's Hospice

Our first concert for 2023, our Spring Concert in support of Acorns Children's Hospice, was held on  Saturday 25th March, at the St George's Church in Edgbaston.

In total the Concert raised £693.98 for Acorns Children’s Hospice.

Here is an extract from their letter of thanks.

"Behind every child that needs Acorns are amazing people like you who are helping them to make every day count.  Thank you for your donation of £420 from the Phoenix  Singers Easter Concert, it is already helping us create lasting memories that families can treasure for a lifetime.  Thank you so much.  With this donation, plus the money collected on the door, your concert raised a wonderful £693.98 - fantastic!"
